The Agrodome is located in the heart of a real 350-acre working farm. Join us for a guided tour of the farm, animals and our orchard.
Transport from the cruise ship to this attraction is not included in the ticket cost, you will need to make your own arrangements.
Climb aboard the all-weather, all terrain vehicle as we begin the tour. Along the way, there are fascinating things to learn - and a few laughs too!
You'll get to hand-feed and take photos with all sorts of friendly animals, including Romney sheep, cattle, deer, llamas, ostrich, pigs and alpacas.
During your ride you may even spot some rare breeds of sheep.
Hands-on, entertaining and educational kids and adults alike love this! Remember to bring your camera!
Dont forget to visit the Nursery, Dog and Whistle gift shop and grab a bite to eat at the Farm Yard Caf while the kids enjoy themselves in the playground!
During the Farm Show, you'll hear amazing facts and have a few laughs as you're introduced to 19 breeds of sheep. Then, witness a live sheep shearing demonstration and a fun sheep auction with bidding from the floor and audience participation.
But our animal stars are not just sheep. Our remarkable farm dogs will amaze you, as they demonstrate their ability to respond to commands and keep those sheep (and ducks!) in line!
If a hands-on experience is what you want, jump up on stage for the opportunity to feed the baby lambs or even hand-milk a cow!

- You can get to the Agrodome via the Shore Trips & Tours Rotorua Explorer Shuttle, or by hiring one of our rental cars

How do I get to the Agrodome?
You'll find the Agrodome just a 10-minute drive from the Rotorua city centre, in the heart of a real 350-acre working farm.
From Rotorua's city centre, take State Highway 5 towards Hamilton, drive for around 9.5 kilometres, and then turn right onto Western Road. You'll find us 500 metres along Western Road - you can't miss the giant sheep out front!
